Member of the Management Board, Financial Director. Graduate of Poznań University of Economics and Business, holder of CIMA diploma. Involved in the R22 Group for 8 years, Financial Director since 2014. Previously worked in financial departments of Good Food Products and Samsung Electronics.

Jacek Duch

Chairman of the Supervisory Board


Finished the Warsaw University of Technology in 1970. During the course of his Ph.D. studies worked at Nixdorf Computer in Germany and then as a researcher at PSI AG in Berlin. In the years 1978-1993 worked for Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC) where he ran projects, among other things, in Munich, Vienna and Paris. Oversaw the establishment of DEC branches in Central Europe, including Poland. Between 1993 and 1998 managed Oracle Polska and then held functions on the management boards of Prokom Software S.A. and Prokom Internet S.A., and numerous supervisory boards, among others, Postdata S.A., Bank Pocztowy S.A., PVT a.s., numerous companies of the Asseco group. Has extensive and wide technical experience in software engineering and management in international and Polish IT corporations.

Wojciech Cellary

Member of the Supervisory Board (independent)


Professor, long-standing researcher at the Poznań University of Technology. Sequentially: assistant, lecturer, associate professor and professor at the Institute of Computing Science of the Poznań University of Technology. Also held functions such as head of the Faculty of Informatics of the Poznań University of Economics and Business, head of the Database research team and Vice-chancellor of the Franco-Polish School of New Information and Communication Technologies in Poznań.

Author of more than 150 scientific papers, 10 books, 28 chapters in books. Also, editor of 15 books and co-author of 3 European patents.
